eSSENTIAL Accessibility™ has developed a stand alone web browser that features an array of keyboard and mouse replacement solutions. This allow users who have difficulty typing, moving a mouse or reading a web page to navigate web pages much easier. These difficulties may be due to physical or dexterity limitations stemming from stroke/paralysis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy or age related factors.
The browser includes:

- Manual Scan / Auto Scan

- Web cam based hands-free movement tracking
The eSSENTIAL Accessibility™ browser also includes a page reader for individuals who have difficulty reading because of mild visual impairment, dyslexia or similar learning issues, literary deficiencies or limited English proficiency.
The page reader feature can be set to:
- Read the content of any web page out loud
- Read the title of any page frame out loud
- Read the content of a selected page frame out loud
- Read the links on any web page out loud
